Round 2

Round two of oatmeal with eggs. This morning I cook the eggs sunny side up put them on top of the oatmeal and the oatmeal instantly cook the yolk the rest of the way through.
4 spice, I added crushed red pepper flakes and freshly ground black pepper.

Tallulah is very interested in what I am doing. I know this sounds really weird but it was darn tasty and I'll definitely be doing it again.

Breakfast of Champions

Men's Health magazine recommended oatmeal with fried eggs on top. Sounded odd, but I tried it. Yolks really added flavor to the oatmeal. I did not use cinnamon, sugar or anything else. tomorrow to that I will add some hot sauce and black pepper and try it that way
