Hi Clarence,

Schrynel here from eSight, I am writing to you so that I can provide you and your sons with some more information about our new technology as well as our in home trial. I have outlined everything down below:

· $500 deposit upfront to get the process started, this deposit is non-refundable and helps cover the cost of the trial

· Your eSight 3 will be customized for you. We need your inter pupillary distance for each eye. Your pupillary distance measurements should be in-between 29-34 for each eye

· Once your eSight 3 is ready for shipping (takes about a week) we'll make a hold/pre-authorization on your credit card for the remaining balance $9,495. This is a security deposit that we hold for the duration of the trial.

· We'll schedule a first session with you, ship your eSight 3, and you'll sign for it at your doorstep

· During the first session we'll go over the basics and make sure you're off to a head start

· Carolyn, Tara, Hugh, and other members of our training team will ensure that you are progressing and even assign you homework!

· Our team can connect virtually to your eSight device to see what you are seeing and guide you with the right advice

· At the end of the trial you'll make your decision, and we'll proceed with the transaction or void the hold
